System Restore has been around for quite a while, but in Windows 10, it may not be as familiar to navigate as in previous versions.

  1. Press the Windows Key + X to open the “Quick Link” Start Menu
  2. Select “System”
  3. Select “System Protection” from the sidebar
  4. Select the boot drive (e.g. “C:”) and verify Protection = “On” (if not, click “Configure”)
  5. Click “Create…”
  6. Enter a descriptive name and click “Create”
  7. Go join your friends and have some fun.
